Q: What happens after I pay?
A: You will receive an email inviting you to “choose your show”. Once you’ve chosen your show, you will receive your tickets by email.
Q: What if I delete that email by mistake?
A: Contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will re-send that email.
Q: By when must I choose my shows?
A: There is no deadline, but Naatak plays usually sell out, so you may not get the show you want if you wait too long.
Q: Can I split my tickets across shows and among my friends?
A: Yes. The “choose your show” email allows you to split your tickets across shows and spread them among your friends. It is really simple. If you need help, see this video: https://youtu.be/NvubI-7Ipcg
Q: Can I keep all tickets in my name instead of splitting them among friends?
A: Yes, but we advise you to split tickets and put them in your friends’ names, so they can collect their own tickets at the door, change their show dates by emailing email@example.com, and receive show reminders. If you keep all tickets in your name, you will have to deal with all this.
Q: Can I mix and match VIP and General?
A: No. You must buy 10 or more General, or 10 or more VIP.
Q: What if I want to buy 3 VIP and 7 General tickets (a TOTAL of 10)?
