Q: What happens after I pay?
A: You will be emailed a “choose-your-show link”. Once you click on that link to choose your show, you will receive your tickets by email.
Q: By when must I choose my show?
A: There is no deadline, but if you wait too long you may not get the show you want.
Q: Can I split my tickets across shows?
A: Yes. You can click on the “choose-your-show link” repeatedly, choose a different show each time and assign some of your tickets to that show. The link is self-explanatory, but if you need help, see this video: https://youtu.be/NvubI-7Ipcg
Q: Can I re-assign some tickets to my friends?
A: Yes. When you click on the “choose-your-show link”, you have the option of changing names and email addresses on some of your tickets. The link is self-explanatory, but if you need help, see this video: https://youtu.be/NvubI-7Ipcg
Q: Can I keep all tickets in my name instead of splitting them among friends?
A: Yes, but we advise you to split tickets and put them in your friends’ names, so they can collect their own tickets at the door, change their show dates by emailing email@example.com, and receive show reminders. If you keep all tickets in your name, you will have to deal with all this.
Q: Can I mix and match VIP and General?
A: Yes, as long as the total is 10 or more.
Q: What if my total is less than 10?
