K.K.

December 3 – December 11 | Campbell
written by Sujit Saraf
directed by Vikas Dhurka
produced by Alka Sippy
(in Hindi, with supertitles in English)

K.K. arrives in Connaught Place, New Delhi, in pursuit of a lifelong passion, and cuts a path through fruit vendors, card players, booksellers, security guards, shoppers, shopkeepers, film goers, gangsters and gold smugglers in this faux-Hindi-film romp. There are hundreds of characters in the play, but a single actor who walks through imaginary crowds and is suddenly entangled in a plot straight out of the movies.

The role of K.K. is played by different actors, male and female, in different shows.
