Naatak Ticketing Policy

  • Until the day before your show:

    •              to change seats or shows, click on the CHANGE button in your ticket

                 to cancel and receive a refund (minus payment gateway and vendor fees), email the Naatak Box Office


  • On your show day:

             no refunds

             no changes to seats or show dates

             emails will be answered the following Tuesday


  • Season Passes and bulk purchases are non-refundable
  • We do not offer a phone service for ticketing
